Payments and Refunds

By purchasing premium features or subscription services on our platform, you agree to the following payment and refund terms:

  • No refunds will be provided after more than 10 message credits have been used. If you have used 10 or fewer message credits, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any user who we determine has violated our terms or attempted to abuse our refund policy.
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our official customer service channels.
  • Processing of approved refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your payment method.

Account Termination: If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using our service for illegal activities, violating these Terms, or otherwise abusing the system, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate your account without prior notice
  • Ban your email address from creating new accounts
  • Withhold any refund you might otherwise be eligible for
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate law enforcement authorities

User Conduct

Our service provides an AI-powered chat experience for entertainment purposes. You agree not to use the service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
  • To harass, abuse, or harm another person
